Pending Orders

If there's an item you would like to buy that is not in stock at this time, you can place a “Pending” order for it. Just fill-in our Online Order Form and check the “Pending Order” box. You can choose to have your order processed and shipped as soon as the item is available, or to be notified when it becomes available.

Pending orders are especially useful when the item you want is made in limited editions, or is otherwise in short supply. The date of your pending order establishes your place on the waiting list.

The Details:

	Placing a pending order does not obligate you to purchase the item ordered. You can change your mind when the item becomes available.
	No deposit or down payment is required to place a pending order. A pending Order is not a lay-away purchase. You will not be charged anything until your order ships to you.
	Placing a pending order does not lock in the price. The price of items on pending orders are subject to change, although we try not to do this (unless the price is going down).
	The date of your Pending Order determines your place on the waiting list.
	The estimated availability date of limited edition items such as Cleverwood Artists Puzzle Boxes is given on the applicable web page.
	Items marked “In Transit” should be available within 1 to 21 days. Please inquire about the estimated availability of items marked “Sold Out” or “On Order.”
