Our Secure Order Form has worked well for us and for our customers. Think of it as a system similar to mail order catalogues where you enter the number and descriptions of the item(s) you wish to purchase. A link to the Order Form can be found in the upper left corner (Navigation Buttons) of each page. The order form opens in a new window so you can easily switch back and forth from other pages on this site to the order form. You simply cut and paste the item number from the items' pages to our Online Order Form.
Items numbers can be found on the bottom right of an item's individual description page.
Some item description pages will have more then one item. In this case, the item number is located under the picture and description of each individual item.
Item numbers are also located on the Puzzles by Price page.
It is possible to make a note of item numbers and descriptions and enter them on our Order Form manually, however cutting and pasting to our Order Form ensures accuracy. In order to save time, please check to see if the items you want are in stock prior to placing your order. The stock status of every item offered at this web site is shown in the item information block, to the far right of the item number. The stock status is also displayed on the Puzzles by Price page. Items In Stock and ready to ship will be marked in Blue. Items Sold Out or otherwise unavailable will be marked in Red. Items in transit or available for pending order will be marked in Green
Paste in the items you want to buy, fill in the rest of the form and send it to us. That’s all there is to it! Our Secure Order Form provides a safe, convenient, easy way for you to place an order 24 hours a day. Your Cleverwood Order is encrypted and transmitted to us using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Live human beings process all orders personally. We’ll contact you if anything about your order is unclear.
Where's The Shopping Cart?? That's perhaps our most frequently asked FAQ! Customer service is vitally important to us, and that includes the respectful, secure use of your private information. Affordable hosted shopping cart systems require that the customer's personal and financial information be administered by a third party. This is unacceptable to us and to our customers. The best shopping cart systems available today require a serious investment in computer hardware and software currently beyond our abilities. We would have to have our own server. In a survey, we asked how important a shopping cart system was to our customers. You, our customers, stated that a shopping cart would be a good thing for us to have, but that it was not very important. We prefer to keep costs down and security high!

our secure (SSL) order form without worry. Our order processing is done here in Colorado
by the owners of the company and their assistants. Nevertheless, if you are still

Cleverwood's shipping schedule
Almost all orders are shipped within 24-36 hours of being placed. Our three primary shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 12 p.m. on any of these three days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the coming Monday. Please note that certain things can delay shipping by a day or more, such as using PayPal or requesting a shipping charges confirmation. This delay will cause your package to ship the next shipping day (Monday Wednesday or Friday)

We welcome your international order! We serve customers in 65 countries around the
world, but we can no longer ship packages to India, Indonesia, Israel, Mexico, or The
Philippines - sorry :-( No exceptions!
Because Parcelforce delivery has proven
to be a problem in the UK - UPS International service is now available - but it costs
about 3 times that of US Postal Service International Service - Sorry :-( Please
inquire if interested. We welcome your suggestions about international ordering. What else can we do to make it easier for you to order?

Shipping to a Third Party Cleverwood puzzles and jewelry boxes make wonderful gifts. We will be glad to ship your purchase directly to a third party. You may include a card or message with your order that we will include with your gift. So that the package is not refused, your name will be shown as the sender on the outside of the package (no exceptions). If your order is a split shipment—some items to you and some items to a third party—please include clear instructions. You will be charged shipping & handling for each package.

Shipping to Your Work Address We don’t recommend it. In almost every case, when a package goes missing, it was
sent to a hospital, school, or big corporation. Our packages seem to get “lost”
in the mail room. If you insist that we send your package to a
non-residential address we will do so, but be aware that we will not be responsible in any
way if your package fails to arrive. Be aware that we
can’t “trace” the package unless you opt for Express mail, UPS, or Global
Express Mail.

Global Express Mail (EMS) is now available. We can ship up to 4 pounds for
$39.25. Global Express Mail should take less than 4 business days to almost any city in
the world that is served by an international airport. There is a tracking number but on
time delivery is not guaranteed.Sales Taxes

Minimum order amount The minimum order amount not including shipping and handling is $10.00. We will not process orders for less than that amount.

Privacy Statement We do not sell, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal information to any other individual or organization for any purpose whatsoever. When you place an order with Cleverwood, or join our mailing list, you are guaranteed that all information you provide including your name, address, telephone number and credit card number will be secure with us. Your Cleverwood Order is encrypted and transmitted to us using a
Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The Cleverwood web site is is protected by a VeriSign Digital Certificate. This ensures that the Cleverwood Online Order Forms and other personal information you send to us from the web site via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information, and view it in plain text form. After your encrypted order is received at our web host’s server, it is encrypted a second time and then sent to us via satellite. Your order is finally decrypted by a program running on our order PC. Our customer database is not on line. We do not collect
“cookies.” We do not compile “visitor profiles.” We do not do targeted
advertising. We have no “banner advertisements” that forward your information to
anyone. We do not have a shopping cart system administered by another company (that’s
one way credit card numbers get stolen, and customer information gets sold). We don’t
